Stock Parts - Lower Band

There are several types of lower bands. One type has a tension screw, these are older types. The newer types lack the tension screw although some have a hole drilled in them for a retaining screw/pin. The retaining pin goes through the wood of the stock and the stock does not have a lower band retaining catch.

This version has the tension screw and is on a Model 1893. You can also see the lower band catch at the top.
